Q. My URL, link, or bookmark isn't working. What should I do?

Some links you save, like the URL from your address bar, can easily break. We always recommend saving and sharing permalinks from OneSearch. You can find information about permalinks in the FAQ link below.

Our proxy server (used for off-campus access) changed on May 7, 2021. These changes will be permanent on July 31, 2021. You may need to update your saved URL, link or bookmark before July 31, 2021.

Our old proxy prefix will no longer work:

https://login.proxy.lib.utk.edu:443/login?url=[Insert URL]

Use our new proxy prefix:

https://utk.idm.oclc.org/login?url=[Insert URL]
