Q. I'm having trouble loading a tutorial in Safari or I'm getting a Shibboleth error when the tutorial loads. What should I do?


Some tutorials won't work in specific web browsers. Try clicking the "More Information" button associated with the tutorial to review the browser suggestions.

If "More Information" lists Safari as an option but the tutorial still isn't working. You may need to verify two options:

  1. that "Block All Cookies" is unchecked and
  2. that "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is unchecked.
  3. Both of these options are available at Safari>Preferences>Privacy.
