How does the Seed Library work?

Answer

All University of Tennessee, Knoxville affiliated patrons (students, faculty, and staff) may check out seed packets to begin growing their own gardens. Pick any kind of seeds you would like and then fill out the brief checkout form at either Seed Library Location.

Seed Library Locations

  • Pendergrass Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Library, located at 2407 River Drive, room A113. The Seed Library is located across from the computer lab
  • John C. Hodges Library, located at 1015 Volunteer Boulevard. The Seed Library is located off the second-floor, Melrose entrance near Starbucks.
