When I search for a journal article, sometimes the link takes me directly to the article and sometimes it does not. Why is this?
Answer
Search results may take you to a homepage for a journal, or to the homepage of a journal aggregator. Journal collections that all link to the same website (like EBSCO’s Library & Information Science Source) are able to link directly to articles. Aggregate collections that link to different websites cannot have unique links for every article on every website. In those instances, you will have to navigate to the journal with the specific issue information from OneSearch.
