Q. When does Library access expire?

The privilege to check out materials is ended immediately on the date that a person leaves UT (graduation date, retirement date, etc.). Faculty members with Emeritus status are the only exception to this, as they retain their privileges upon retirement.
Access to our online materials is typically extended to 6 months after a person graduates or leaves UT.
