You can check the status of your book delivery request by logging into MyAccount. Look for the Requests link on the left side.

If you experience problems with a book delivery or pdf scan, contact our Library Express at (865) 974-0021 or email express@utk.edu. Remember to allow 1-2 business days for delivery.
